MY ACCOUNT


  • How do I get started?

Toregister, simply click on the Register button on the top right corner and enteryour full name, email & set your password. Otherwise, you can always browsethe item first and register during the checkout process. Please refer to ourDelivery Area & Schedule to check if your delivery area is under ourcoverage before proceed to purchase.


  • What if I forgot my password?

Click"Forgot Your Password?" at the sign in page. Enter your email, andclick "Send me reset password instruction". Click the link inyou email and enter your new password accordingly.


  • How do I change my address?

To edit or update your existing details (i.e. address or mobile no.), simply sign in and click on Update Profile (at the top right-hand corner of the page).
Just type in your new address and click Update. Please be noted that you can’t change your order address when your delivery order is confirmed. You will need to wait until the order has been delivered before changing it. If you really need to change the delivery address, please contact our Customer Service at

ORDERING & BILLING


  • How do I make an order?

Go to Login page and login to your account. Click on the product that you wish to purchase and Add to Cart. Click on Shopping Cart symbol on your top right corner and check out, entering your delivery address and make payment to confirm the order.


  • How do I know if my order has been received & confirmed?
You should receive an automatic email confirmationfrom us once your payment has been processed

If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order please call us at 018-5755589 or email us at leesiong2u@gmail.com and we will confirm if we have received your order.


  • How can I pay for my order? What payment methods do you accept?

Kindlypay your order via FPX or Bank Transfer.

**Note: Your purchased products will not be delivered until we have confirmed receive your full payment.


  • Are you card processing methods secured?

Card transactions are processed by FPX secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site and we do not retain your card details in any format.


  • How do I receive a tax invoice?

Your tax invoice is normally dispatched with your goods. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a tax invoice with your goods, please contact us and we will immediately provide a replacement.


  • Can I collect my order?

Yes, when the shop is open for business. 

When the shop is closed, all orders will be delivered by our own delivery team.


  • Can I make changes or cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. Please call us at 018-5755589 or send us an email at leesiong2u@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” to inform us about the cancellation order. 

**Orders that are in shipping or shipped cannot be canceled.

** If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods any monies paid will be refunded to you.



DELIVERY


  • Method Of Delivery

For now, all orders will be “Delivery by Own Transport” only. 

“Delivery by Own Transport” service is free for Perak state, where other states are subject to different transport charges or free when reach the minimum delivery amount.  

  • Delivery Lead Time

Confirmation order will be processed the next working day after we receive your paid order.

Estimated delivery lead time will be as follow:


  1. For Manjung District, Perak: 1-7 working days for Ready-Stock items, 2-3 weeks for Made-to-Order items.
  2. For Other Areas in Perak: 1-14 working days for Ready-Stock items, 2-3 weeks for Made-to-Order items.
  3. For Other State in West Malaysia: 7-14 working days for Ready-Stock items, 3-4 weeks for Made-to-Order items.

The estimated delivery days are in working days, between 10am-7pm. Goods will be delivered to your doorstep by our delivery team.

** In some remote/regional areas our delivery may take longer delivery times.


  • Delivery Charges

Area Covers: West Malaysia including Penang Island only, except other islands.

    2. RM8000 & above = Free Delivery

    3. Between RM5000 to RM7999 = RM500 Charges 


  1. PERLIS, KEDAH, KELANTAN, PAHANG, TERENGGANU, NEGERI SEMBILAN, MELAKA, JOHOR

    1. Minimum Spending = RM10000 & Free Delivery

Installation:
Assembly and installation included.
**Disposal of old furniture is included for LEESIONG+ members only.


Extra Charges:
Delivery of items only to ground/first level/levels with lift access.
For delivery to levels with NO LIFT ACCESS, extra manpower charge of (RM80/floor apply)
RM80 charges/floor starting from 3rd floor and above (apply to stairs within landed properties).



Delivery Time Frame:
1-14 working days for Ready-Stock items. 2-4 weeks for Made-to-Order items.

** we will contact you 1-3 days in advance with the confirm date and time of the delivery.

General Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times quoted by Empire Home Furnishing Sdn Bhd are approximate only and we are not responsible for any delays that may cause by changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control.

  • We agree to deliver goods to you on the understanding reasonable access is available. If reasonable access is unavailable or no one at home at the agreed delivery time you will be charged for any subsequent delivery.

  • It is your responsibility to check measurements to ensure your goods will fit in intended areas. We are not responsible for goods that have not been measured and subsequently do not fit were intended.

  • On delivery, inspect your goods carefully. Any damage detected should be immediately reported to the delivery team and us and noted on the delivery copy. Once you have inspected your goods and have signed their acceptance on the delivery copy (noting any defect/damage if any), you agree that the delivery copy is then evidence of the condition of the good as at the time of delivery.

  • Please organise adequate protection for your floors and internal surfaces prior to delivery as we are not responsible for damage to your floors or internal surfaces caused in any way by the delivery of your goods.



Return & Refund

Refund & Return Policy
  • Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. And all goods sold are final sale, except if there’s manufacturing defects.

    Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange should the goods becomes not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by customer.

    ** Please choose carefully however as we do not refund simply for change of mind circumstances.


What should I do if the goods received are not as per my order or not in good condition?

  • Should you receive the wrong item, or discover that goods are damaged at time of delivery, you may either: (1) return to our delivery team immediately, or (2) contact us at 018-5755589  to arrange for next delivery trip. We will replace that goods as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order after I made payment?

  • Yes. We can cancel your order as long as the order haven’t been processed. 

Thus, please send us an email immediately after your payment at leesiong2u@gmail.com with the message title “Request to cancel order and refund” in order to inform us about the cancellation order. 


We will credit the amount to your member account within 14 days if the order haven’t been processed after we confirmed receive your payment.

**Note: Orders that are in delivery cannot be cancelled.
